Sooo...next week (July 4th) is yet another birthday for me. Didn't I just have one like 6 months ago? Something doesn't seem quite right about this! I have no great plans at the moment. Since it's a holiday, my birthday tends to be fairly quiet most years, other than those loud fireworks they shoot off for me. Oh, and this just in: My oldest daughter Corie testified in front of the Texas Senate this week to try to influence legislation that could set a precedent for changing the current policy in the way the TSA screens airport travelers.
