Eats, Shoots and Leaves By Lynne Truss - an excellent read that re-taught me how to use a semi-colon!

Well - I actually taught high school English, and I was nothing short of ogreish about making my kids study grammar. They weren't too pleased about it, but I'm betting that some of those silly rules sunk in. I still have a plethora of texts, so I don't really have to choose, but I don't consult them often anyway. If I do on occasion, I'll likely ask Warriner. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/goodjob.gif)

How can millions of diverse human beings read strunk and white and write the same? Everybody jumped on the strunk and white bandwagon.
I liked the glencoe grammar from glencoe illinois.
