After years of being listed fairly high on Yahoo for most of our terms, we have fallen off the face of the Yahoo earth.
After getting no help from Yahoo support, I resubmitted through Yahoo Search Submit Basic and reappeared, only to disappear a few days later. I contacted Yahoo SSB through the e-mail channel they allow (the ONLY way) and they said my site was "inelligible" and that they could not reveal why the Quality Review Commitee refused us. I reviewed the guidelines provided and we are not in violation of any of them according to myself, my web developer, and somebody at Yahoo who was nice enough to look, but a person who was not in the SSB department. Numerous requests as to how to get back on have been ignored. Numerous calls only have got me to different departments who do not have access to the data and to one sub-contractor out of Denver who said he would help, but I have not heard back from them in a week. Maybe not so coincidentally, I stopped advertising with them in PPC about six montsh ago Any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated! Since you think it's related to stopping your PPC ads with them, start them back up and see if you were right.

Jon Bowers Same thing happened to one of my customers not too long ago but he didn't stop the PPC stuff. We got ours back on after following one of the Laws of customer service: "He/She who screams loudest (and keeps persisting) wins. |
