Hello everyone!
I have recently read the article, where it was written, that Google penalize those sites, that have same anchor text in all backlinks and treat these sites with suspicion
Is it true?

there's that word again "penalize". Real penalties are few and far between, they may be devalued somewhat but it seems more likely to be the case of the scare mongers looking for a cause to the so-called "sandbox" effect. So it's probably a different reason to identical anchor text that is the issue.

just my 0.10GBP.

Dervish, the search engines are looking for "natural" links to sites, i.e., links that are truly a vote for the site in question. When the "see" links that are exactly the same, over and over and over again, that all got put up around the same period of time, it may certainly set off some bells in their head as to the validity of those links. They may wonder if perhaps those links were simply put there by the owner of the site, or something like that.

If they start to wonder about them, it make sense that they may decide they don't want to count them as much as links that they feel are truly a vote for the site.

Now, this is completely speculation, and there's no evidence that the search engines are actually thinking this way or that they are capable of doing anything about it. Right now, it appears that all links are good in Google's eyes.

The bottom line is that you need to have a site that is truly "link-worthy" so that other people truly will LOVE it and link to it because it's so great. That way you won't have to worry about whether the engines think the link is a true vote or not because you'll get lots of traffic from your links, regardless. (Plus you'll have a great site!)

What Jill says, which I agree with 100%, is exactly why such speculation is not scare-mongering. It is, however, just speculation, but speculation that I believe to be true. If the search engines want to retain any value of natural linking, they have no choice but to devalue unnatural linking to extent that they it can be identified.

Call it what you want - penalty, filter, devaluation - I believe that is exactly what is happening with Google's sandboxing (now there's a silly term!)
