FindWhat.com on Friday said it is renegotiating its merger with Espotting Media Inc. after further examining the company's financials.
FindWhat said that as a result of its review, it is retracting all statements it made regarding Espotting's historical and projected performance. It said the merger terms may be modified, or the merger might not take place.
