Congrats, Denyse. Shall we have a talk with your boss? Or are you self-employed?

Yes Scottie - my guess is that it might be around 250 posts, so it could be a while before I get there!

And it will be a good while longer before I get to the dizzy heights that you and Jill and others have reached!

Thanks again for a great forum! I'm learning so much that I can even contribute the odd tip to real newbies - now there's a thing!

Nope - I'm at 261 and still only a 4 :)

I'm so sad. I talked to this guy on another forum who says he can SEO me. He intends to write a script that posts randomly every 5 seconds for the next 24 hours in a thread no one reads.... geee, I wonder if thats wrong or unethical :)

Maybe he'll have the script also delete my post after it's been posted, thus giving me the rank but not leaving any trace. ooooh - forum cloaking :band:

errr. That was a joke. Really. No, I mean it. Jill, put that down. Scottie, I think that's a little overboard... No seriously, you don't think I'd... hey! what?! Ouch!

Wow, 10,000 posts and 800 members.

That's amazing considering how new the forum is.

Way to go everyone! :)

I reckon we'll make 1000 members before the end of September. Anyone care to take a bet on that? If I win, the drinks are on QWERTY!

Hmnn... that would be 20 new members a day... maybe by the end of October we'll hit 1000.

We'll see!

When word gets around, things tend to snowball - the old viral marketing story.

Just think how many of Jill's subscribers haven't tried out the forum yet!

Nope - I think you're being WAY too conservative.

But, we'll see in 10 days time...

I'm happy to eat humble pie if you are!

If I'm paying for a round for 1000 I need more clients right away. Send them straight to my office.

Unless of course, we're just talking about virtual drinks. I think I can handle that.
