(which seems to be a BIG calling card)
The link to register
So, who's coming?
Oh! We'll also be reviewing attendees' sites right there at the seminar. (IF all the spots aren't taken yet, you can email Jill to have your site reviewed.)

Deborah you can even write the commercial. And who says there is no such thing as a free lunch -- as long as you pay for the seminar of course.

We'll notify the site owners of the ones that we decide to review, and we will be doing some preliminary review of them before the seminar so that we can sound halfway intelligent at the event.

LOL--Karon, obviously I should NOT switch to decaf--I'm so much more "on" when I'm humming!
Posted 16 September 2003 - 05:30 PM
You should check Travelocity.com. That's where I'm getting my ticket. I've leaving from Charlotte. You could also check rates leaving from Greenville. I think right now they are something like $450 or so.
You'd drive to Tampa? Holy cow! That's like a 10 hour drive!
OK Deborah... note to self: cancel the decaf at the seminar.

Who knew that South Carolina would be a hotbed of SEO talent? Yeah, the $450 figure is what I've been seeing. It doesn't seem like that much, but we have some unexpected big bills that have come at us out of nowhere. We'll make it, though, and hopefully I'll be able to come up with the cash for airfare before November. One way or another, I'll be there. I've driven from Newberry to Baltimore before (13 hours! ), so I guess I can handle a trip to Tampa.
Looking forward to meeting you (and all the others) there!

I hope your bill troubles work out. That's no fun. But I admire your determination in getting to the gig.

Before 5 PM (somewhere in the world) it's caffeine -diet coke is acceptable
After 5PM --barley
I consider myself very low maintenance.

Compar, I'd be happy to write your commercial--as long as I can star in it. I want my own dressing room, a personal assistant, a star on the door (of course), catered lunch, a big bouquet of roses (pink, of course)..........
You can call me Bob. I can handle everything except the roses. I have a strong penchant for yellow roses. Will they do?

One of the few remaining "perks" (pardon the pun) in my office is the free coffee. I'm waiting for the owners to cut that out too, in which case I will have to find another line of work. If I do have to drive, expect me to arrive totally wired on caffeine. After I get there, I'll have whatever is on tap.
