Does anyone know if there is a PPC % or dollar payout cap on AdSense? Please no specific information that would violate TOS. But it seems that while they would pay out a certain percentage per click, there could come a point (lets use the extreme mesothelioma of $100) where they don't carry the percentage beyond a certain point. First because G doesn't have to, second because I can just see hundreds of sites sprouting up simply for the purpose of capitalizing on double digit dollars per click payouts?
In other words, is there a benefit for optimizing for a slightly different phrase based on the fact that the CPC on phrase A is $10 and phrase B is $12
