Okay, this is a few months ago but I wanted to include my website quick until I found out that inktonomi has closed down its pay program. I wonder wher I can get another program like Inktonomi that is quick and cheap.

Thank you for any help.

Hi Ninjakid, welcome :notworthy:

that has been replaced by sitematch http://smallbusiness...v/searchsub.php

Be very careful though, as you now not only pay for inclusion, you pay for each click through also. it can become VERY expensive if you have a busy site.

There is absolutely no need to pay to get into Yahoo!, just get a link from a page you know is in the index, and overtime your site will get spidered.

Sitematch is also only pay for inclusion, not position, so all you are doing is paying to be spidered, and paying for each click thereafter. When the money runs out, then the sitematch system kicks out, and the organic listing kicks in. If your site is not spidered by yahoo! then you vanish.

Yahoo SiteMatch is still alive and well, and is the same things as Inktomi paid-inclusion, only with an added twist, you pay for each click to your site as well as an inclusion fee.

Please do a search here or SiteMatch and you will find the other discussions.

I'm gonna close this one out.

Jill
