Hmm. When I post, my photo doesn't show. Yet when I go to my controls, there it is. Is somebody trying to tell me something? I mean, I'm not THAT ugly.
Can somebody help me, please.

I don't think the photo is the same thing as the avatar. If your picture is small enough, you can stick it in your avatar as well, and then it will display with your posts.
From your control panel, go to Edit Avatar Settings. It needs to be no larger than 100 x 100 px and no more than 20 kb in file size.

Yep, what Qwerty said. You need to upload an avatar photo, which is different than your profile photo. Make sure it's no bigger than 100x100 (I think).

Hi David-
If you look in your profile, you personal pic is there!
That picture is 125px high, so you'll need to crop it down a bit to 100px. Then in your Controls, click on Edit Avatar.
