Hi everyone! Hope the week is going good for you all.
I have a site where several other domains are parked to it. (via the server).
Does anyone know if the SEs will count this as duplicate content?
Will we be penalized?
If a company doesn't pay... we close their hosting and point their domain to us.

You will not get penalised, but as it is pointed at the root level Google will see it as being the content on the other domain. So if you have 20 domains pointing to you that google knows about, next time it goes to spider them, it will include your site pages in their index under the other 20 domains.
It 'could' get really embarrasing though if the other parked domains have a higher page rank than you, as the content on their domain would be the one that Google would choose to display while filtering out your content on your site as the duplicate. Your content would then show up but under their domain name.
As I say this 'could' happen, but there is no guarantee as to what WILL happen.

as long as the pages aren't ABSOLUTELY identical, ie character for character, you should be okay.
