Did the nameserver info change with the move and has the DNS fully propagated? What I have in mind is that maybe the route is taking a few extra hops to get there because it's still going to the old nameservers which then have to forward requests to the new ones.
If not, it's certainly something I would raise with your host. When I do lookup tests I like to see considerably less than your average. However I don't use SmartWhois either, so I'm not sure what they measure exactly.

Wheither it is SmartWhois or other Lookup stuff I feel the slow myself. And I asked my friend in different parts of the world they feel same. Nameservers are all new, and I would suppose that DNS propagated - I checked it on www.dnsreport.com. Well and I filled the new hosting space with website quickly.

In this day and age that kind of response time unforgivable IMO. You'll likely be able to tell if they've had the same type of complaint before.
