They get their traffic from full page pop-unders.
I must say, it sounds evil, but Iím tempted.
Iím debating to spend $25.00 for 10,000 hits just to see if it does boost my sales.
If its successful, I might continue. If not, Iíve only lost $25.00.
Whatís keeping me is long term consequences.
Would Google, or Yahoo punish me through advertising my web site this way?
Iíve earned a Page Rank of five in about a month, through what I feel is a strong web site, and I would hate to sacrifice my work on a whim.

But as a user, I hate them. If you're going to use them, it's important to consider the likelihood that there are going to be users who will leave your site as soon as they see that a full-page pop-under has loaded behind their window.

The projected amount of traffic is 10,000 hits, is that correct? Or is it that for your $25.00 you will get 10,000 impressions? You best read the small print on that one because there is a great deal of difference between 10,000 impressions and 10,000 hits.
Is it worth it? Dunno. What other alternatives are available for you to get traffic to your site?
Would directed, targeted traffic be more useful than random traffic generated by pop-unders? I'm talking about Google's Adwords for example. Have you explored PPC possibilites? May be better in the long run ...?
