I used to work in tech support. We used PEBKAC (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair). Sounded a little nicer in our problem resolutions than saying "the user is an idiot".

And KEI... I don't actually know what it stands for, but it's an attempt at working out the value of a keyword phrase based on a combination of the number of searches that are done for it and the number of pages that are optimized for it. FWIW (is that one in here too?) it's not a very useful figure. I just ignore it.
