We are looking for an expert in natural search engine optimization for a FULL-TIME position with a leading online retailer in Boston. This position is part of the company's site development/architecture team.

The right candidate should:

* be passionate about natural search optimization

* be driven to constantly stay on top of ever-changing engine requirements

* have a strong technical, site architecture background (at least 2-3 years commercial experience, preferably for an e-commerce site)

* be a driver who can influence others

How big does a site have to be to need a full-time SEO? Or maybe it's about frequent changes?
