<meta name="dc.subject" content="keyword 1; keyword 2; keyword 3; etc." />- of course this would be part of the Dublin Core Schema and would be indicated as such on a previous line.
If not, then I understand that one would use the regular meta tag of
<meta name="keywords" content="keyword 1; keyword 2; keyword 3; etc." />
And do any of my fellow Canadians familiar with the Government of Canada scheme along the lines of gcms? It is used like this:
<meta name="gcms.topic" content=" ">
<meta name="gcms.cluster" content=" ">
<meta name="gcms.caption" content=" ">
<meta name="gcms.creator.type" content=" ">
<meta name="gcms.contact.public" content=" ">

I have a friend checking in with a friend who works on the Canada site and will keep you posted if I learn anything ;-)
