I have a client who wants to tap into the international ad markets.
As I understand it e-spotting is for European countries - does that mean EU countries? And where do the ads appear? On Google? If I advertise on Google now and someone goes to google from France - do they see the France listings? Is my ad there? Or is that why I need to use e-spotting? Does e-spotting use a bidding structure like the others?
Also, could someone list some other companies like e-spotting - specifically for the Far East? Taiwan, China, etc...
Thanks a lot for your help.

You can use both Overture and Google. Overture have recently launched their business in several European countries.
With Adwords you will be able to decide which countries your ads will be shown in. You can also decide what language to use. Hence, you will be able to launch a campaign for a certain country.
Espotting plans to merge with Findwhat so they two will be pretty similar. That means that Findwhat U.S will work as Espotting Europe. Hence, they will display their results after Overture's if the bid is high enough.
In conclusion, If you go with Overture, Google, and Espotting you will be able to reach a hug chunk of the European PPC market.
