These kings, called AOL, Lycos and Yahoo!, shared control of the kingdom of Internetia.
So that's three kings; three relaunches and not a hint of a clue about what they are doing.

I don't have time to read the article but want to express glee at AOL being discomfited. I suffered stuck on AOL for years, ugh. I hate the way their program hijacks your computer and doesn't even ask you if you want it to, oh, remove all your IE bookmarks and replace it with its own! Ugh. It also crashed my computer repeatedly...
