Has anyone noticed the google PR indicator moving up and down?
if not why am i seeing my site's PR go from a 4 to 6 and back to 4 this is happening every time i going to my site.
does anyone have any answers?

Hi and welcome Jason !
What you're seeing is actually pretty normal these days. It's often just the Google Toolbar being flakey. But you'll also see that when Google is in the midst of doing a GTB PR update. The indicator can and does change depending upoon which datacenter you're connecting to.
Give it a few days and it'll settle in for you.
