Those are the parrots I was referring to earlier.

What!? You need to be 'in the mood' in order to be bolshy, McFox? I thought that was default mode...
... if I'm in the mood I'm just plain bolshy for no reason at all.

Actually, bolshy is the effect that many leaders have on me

Basically, I hate being the leader but would never qualify as a sheep because I never blindly follow. I prefer to be the head behind the leader (No.2) and give advice to help the leader do their job better. Sure, I could lead myself, but that would put me on display (something I hate).

Thanks! I can't take credit for much of it, I am by far the least talented/intelligent individual in this team. I am, however, good at making pretty pictures and sounding smart if you don't listen too hard... (;
Welcome Jbrookins! Love your site! You guys do some interesting work over there.
back on topic: I have no idea what bolshy means but according to google, it's "obstreperous"
Right. I'd never heard of that one either.
Oh and Jill, I would contend that there IS a leader worse than a parrot. That one being the one that starts making major changes the second they come on board. Leap before you look types are usually far worse than leaders who can't think for themselves...at least THOSE can be manipulated. (;
