Your placement will be where it would end up after being spidered by Yahoo/Inktomi you are just paying to get them to look at it quickly and once there (where ever it ends up) it also gets looked at on a 48hr basis...
So if you optimize and then submit and it is on page three... you can make changes and it will be spidered again in 2 days... allows you to work and see results rather quickly.... and if you screw up you can use the old version and be back where you where in 2 days also!!!
