I think to rank any website the best method is only to do SEO means you should improve link building of your website by the article submission, blog posting, directory submission, bookmarking, and many more activities which increase your link juice on a search engine that is the most beneficial for any website.

And you would be wrong. (Sorry!) All those things you noted -- "link building" activities -- will not get you the benefits you're looking for, at least not unless you've perfected time travel and can go back to at least three or four years ago, when there was an outside chance those (now outdated) tactics would work.

 

These days, Google is looking for high-quality links. By definition, links you "build" yourself -- such as all the links you mention -- are not "high-quality." What qualifies as high-quality are earned editorial links, and those you cannot submit or "build" yourself.
