How do i know, if a website uses a 302 redirect or 301 redirect.

You can check page headers here.
301/302 isn't such an easy question. They each have a different meaning. Google is only going to properly identify that a page has moved from "here" to "there" forever if it's a 301 (Moved Permanently) header. Here's a list of all headers and what they are used for.

both are equally acceptable although one is permanently redirecting the user whilst the other says im only sending you there for now, soon ill be sending you elsewhere!
