For some reason Google displays the URL and the name of the site instead of the Title Tag that we added. This never happens with any of our other sites. We do use Yoast to add the Title and Description tag.

Been working with this site for a few years. Besides the core pages each member has a highly optimized page for their location. The core pages show correctly, just the 70 or so member pages give a problem.

Google's algorithm simply 'thinks' that is a better title for your query than the contents of the title element is. That's the way Google handles titles, sometimes it shows the one from the document, ... some times it doesn't.

And if you are an habitual  "rank checker", they do it just to bug you.
