Hello,

Everyone I want to know that If I m from INDIA and I want to comment Spanish or French blog site and making my hyperlink on their blog on host language is this hyper link good for our site or bad.

 

Can anyone tell me I m little bit confuse.

If you have to ask that question, such links will turn out to be BAD for your 'site'.

It's not the question that is 'wrong' per se, it is what you are doing and the [implied] reason that you are doing such activities that is 'wrong'.

 

You are patently, just 'spamming' other peoples 'blogs' for the purpose of garnering 'links' to a URL that you are 'promoting' or 'marketing', and this WILL metaphorically, turn around and bite you on your metaphorical arse, by earning your site URLs an "unnatural links" notice from Google.

Blog comment spam is a serious enough problem that Bing and Google may devalue or manually penalize your Website for using it.

Not to mention that any active blog owner or webmaster who catches you is liable to ban you from ever again commenting on their blog. (I know that is what I would do.)
