Please help me out, I'm confused on the results that I'm getting...

Using Keyword Planner on Google adwords, I did a kw research for "closets hackensack nj" and it came back with no data at all. However when I put the kw "closets" only and I set the Targeting location to "hackensack nj" it came back with "10 searches" How are these 2 different? Can I still say that "closets hackensack nj" got 10 average monthly searches?

Thanks

One is a locality search phrase, the other is a search for searchers in a locale using a specific search word.

Well you can say that, whether is accurate or not is a whole different question.

But before you can ask that question, you probably need to understand the differences between  local, locality and locale with respect to Search.

Hmmm???

the differences between  local, locality and locale with respect to Search.

Seems like a cue for me to blow the dust off my writing stick.  :type:

I sense a disturbance in the Force. Either that, or Chris is getting ready to write an article... :D
