Hi all,

when I am typing for my site in Google search, My inner pages are coming along with the home page. What I want is the Categories instead of the inner pages.
Kindly assist me on how to get my requirements.

You're out of luck mate. Google WILL show what their algorithms determine IS the best result for the user query. What you want is not part of the equation.

Are you talking about sitelinks -- groups of smaller links that appear immediately below your main result? If that's the case, you have a little bit of control over it, assuming you have an account in Webmaster Tools. You can "demote" a URL, telling Google you don't want it to show up as a sitelink. However, you can't tell Google what pages you do want to show up as sitelinks. Demote one and see what shows up in its place, then demote that if you feel it's not an improvement. Keep in mind that the idea is to show useful content, not necessarily content you feel like promoting.

The page is under the Search Appearance menu.

Since you are talking about categories I infer you are publishing on a blog platform.  If you are using any SEO plugins or themes be sure you disable their attempts to NOINDEX and/or NOFOLLOW your category pages.  SEO plugins tend to do some pretty stupid things.
