Searched HR but nothing specific...

 

I have a few clients who were enamored with Yodle, Yext & the like (Synup) before I worked with them.

 

Has anyone been able to extract true value of a service(s) they provide?

 

Rather than just cast these clients off onto the sea, because they are hard working, "smart in most ways" small business people, I would like to help them understand the value return may not be the best from such providers.

 

How have you spoken with clients re: this?

Never used any of them, but if their traffic and conversion analysis is in place it should be a trivial task to work out the cost per conversion, and if there is one thing that all clients should understand (we hope)  is the profit and loss balance sheet.
