If there a lot of images on a page (blog post) and all of them have the same alt attribute - is it keyword stuffing?

If they all have the same Alt attribute, wouldn't that defeat the object of the Alt attribute?

is it keyword stuffing?

Possibly not, but nonetheless it IS utterly useless, ESPECIALLY for the REAL use of the image alt attribute.

At some point you will probably trip a keyword-stuffing filter or red flag. If the images are all the same thing then they do not need ALT= text. ALT= is supposed to be descriptive of the image.
