I was wondering if anyone out there has had some experience (good or bad) with independent third parties who objectively help you to communicate to your customers that they can trust you.
Names that come to mind include:
IMO opinion the Better Business Bureau ("BBB") would be the most recognizable and respected name, but they're expensive, about $600/yr.
Free, which is nice, but not sure if they'll carry as much credibility as BBB.
It would be great if some of you who use this could share your 'before' and 'after' stories.
