How To Get A Signup Popup Within A Video ?

Does someone know how to do that and how to get it ?

A signup process within a Video for the 2nd part  ?

You script an event trigger into the video, so when the event occurs, (either timed or via user interaction) it fires an external script that creates the "pop-up".

It is asking for your email, .... What else is it OTHER than a 'sign-up mechanism'??

yeah for sure - it's a sign up - wasn't able to find a free script yet that would fire up that window at a specific time.

Would be cool to have something like that... will see.. maybe I have a lucky punch and can find something for free.

That really depends on what format the 'movie' is in, there is no "one size fits all" scenario.
