Hey everyone,

I didn't advertise on Facebook for long time. From what I remember I was just setting a budget for the campaign, a cpc rate for the ad and then it wasn't going over the limit I have set for each ad.

And now i'm realizing after a week that I have setup a budget for the campaign and setup a CPC rate and i'm finding myself paying high rates for website clicks such as $1.61 and more... even though I have setup a CPC rate, why does it happen?

Did they change the way they work? Also I can't find a way to contact facebook ads team? why its so difficult to reach them?

Thanks a lot!

I have read all the answers showing in the links you have sent and I still don't understand why they charge me more per website click even though I have set the CPC limit:

Don't have any other links to your website URLs on Facebook URLs I would suggest.

But judging by the answer, Barney didn't understand the question
