I get few back-links from article submission sites bt later on when I submit article it automaticle publish (it is instant approval site) so I decided to remove my article from that site but site webmaster doesn't allow option to delete article. I contact webmaster more than twice but still I didn't get any response from him. So, Is it possible to remove that article URL from search engine??? What should I do??

You can only request removal of URLs that YOU are in control of.

You could disavow the domains that publish the articles. The search engines will treat those links as if they are using "rel='nofollow'" attributes.
