It isn't going to make any difference for ranking. Are your customers having trouble because the URLs are "too long"? If not, then don't worry about it.

While the length shouldn't be a problem, they do seem kinda keyword stuffy. That's a bit concerning, IMO.

Very good comments.
What I learned so far:
keep it as simple as possible, and as well as user friendly as possible.
Since you have lot's of products, I doubt that customers will read the entire URL path - I would mainly focus on the User Interface of your page.
Clear Navigation would be a benefit.
in terms of ranking:
also not sure if you want to rank for every product page - I kind a like it, but it that seems to be very ambitious.

well.. thinking if you have thousands of products... and multiple variations or options from one product... it will be lot's of work...
