Hello everyone !

I am preparing my next niche site project. However, this time I am not really sure what specific content I should start with.

The niche itself gives me a bigger potential for cross selling.

My problem for the start:
I do not know with which specific content I should start with to create buzz and audience.

What do you think is the best to do if you start from scratch?

Information, Shop to buy things,?

Sorry... I know my question is very brought or generic... I was just curious if you would start a brand new project... you did your market research... and you are convinced. . Yes.. that's the right thing....

What would you start first to launch the site?

Thx for any little thought,
Appreciate it.

Depends. Are you going to have to invest a lot of money into inventory, or is this some kind of drop-ship or "virtual" product? Is this the kind of thing that people already know about and are interested in purchasing, or do you need to build awareness and/or interest first? Is this the kind of thing that you could keep on writing about over time with new developments, customer stories, tips and tricks on product usage, etc? Or is it a case where you write a bit of information, a sales page or two and that's it?

I think if you answer these questions for yourself, your path forward may become more clear.

Hello and thank you very much, appreciate your comments. Both answers helped me already.

I have to fine tune my points and prepare also a good content strategy.
