Found this on groups.google. It's a thread where people are discussing some apparent changes that have recently occurred with Google that coincided with the new interface. I thought you guys/ladies might get more out of it...since you actually know what you're talking about when it comes to this type of thing. :lol:

The Google new look

New "Froogle" link.

New "More" link to......well more google stuff.

Highlighted search phrase in url. even when embedded in url !

I noticed that Google was high-lighting the search terms in URLs, too. I was wondering if that means that keyword-rich URLs are being given more weight. A lot of people have been predicting the demise of keyword-rich URLs, but this seems to indicate that the future just ain't what it used to be.

It doesn't mean anything other than they have a new way to highlight stuff in your browser. To assume any more than that, is really stretching it, imo.
