Hello,

I'm a newbie here and I need your help.

I'm just about to create some content for one of our partner sites, which promotes our brand and product without linking to us. Is it best to use the same keywords as our main site, or use another relevant keyword(s)?

If anyone can help or offer any advice, that would be great.

I'll be trying my best to answer any other questions on the forum during my time here :)

Use terms that are appropriate for the Website's audience.  Don't think in terms of keywords.  Think in terms of creating content that:

  • Makes the partner site more interesting, useful, and helpful

  • Intrigues their visitors about your site

  • Gives the visitors something relatively unique to search for that your site will easily be found for

Wouldn't it be easier just to link to your main site rather than explaining the same thing all over again?
