hello, I am a newbie here and my apologies if my concern is not placed in the correct category of this forum:

I am using Google analytics to track my website traffic and adwords for my ads. My confusion is the number of clicks I got from my ads going to my landingpage in my website is always triple as the number of  visits recorded by my analytics. I presume the two should be equal as at least for the landing page itself. Can anybody here enlighten me about this.

Thank you.

You can never count on two separate tracking tools to show you the same results.

What I mean is in my analytics report, the traffic coming from my CPC is lesser compared to the clicks recorded in my google adwords campaign. I was thinking they should be the same considering I have linked my analytics and adwords account for my website.
