Anybody besides me notice that all of a sudden Bing is no longer returning ANY information using the site:mysite.com, site query, to see if pages are indexed? You can pick any website and use the "site:" query and there are now as of the last two days, no results. Still works on Google but nothing on Bing. Is this something that everybody but me knows about or did they just change things and not bother to tell anybody? Used to be in the distant past, meaning two days ago, if I typed in site:mysite.com, for example, it returned all my indexed pages but now there ain't 'nuttin. Hmm.

That's awfully strange, because regardless of the website, and I've tried five different domains, I can't get any result other than this and I've tried on three different, unrelated computers. Same result on each of them, for each domain. It just says

No results found for site:mysite.com and then below that a bunch of generic recommendations for better search results. Never had a problem before so I don't see why I would now, besides which, I'm having the same issues on other devices. I do NOT have this issue when doing the same query on Google.

I do NOT have this issue when doing the same query on Google.

And? What makes you think the two are even connected in any way shape or form?

However, what I would suggest is to STOP doing the site: search completely and maybe after a few months of not pestering Bing with pointless search queries they might just let you resume them, assuming you haven't kicked the habit by then of course.

Have you checked your Bing Webmaster Tools account? (Or whatever it is they call it.)
