if I run a search that brings up both a paid and an organic result for my site, the ad contains a line about how many followers we have on Google+, with a link to our profile page. The organic result doesn't.

We're not using publisher or author markup, and we don't even have a blog on the site (yet), but I wonder if there's anything I can do to get that G+ link onto the SERP in the organic results. I also wonder if we've got anything to gain from it. The G+ profile is verified, and links back to our site, but the site doesn't currently link to the profile page.
