I've finally figured out how to add the location to the poster info- you can now see where the poster is from (if they have filled out that information).

Thanks to the good people over at IBPlanet for helping me out :whip:

Duh! Never mind I get it you mean the address is now showing on the left of each message along with the senders name and picture etc. I had never noticed that it wasn't there before.

LOL, Bob! You missed the :slap: smiley!

Yes- it's been requested to show the location. I like it particularly because we get so many international members. Always interesting to know a little more about who you are chatting with!

I looked for the smiley and couldn't find it. But it is exactly the appropriate one.

The other interesting thing arising out of the location information is that I always thought that Jill was located in Seattle. I figured with all her fame and fortune  she was probably a neighbor of Bill Gates.

But low and behold she lives in Ashland Maine.

This one is better, I think. Posted Image

One of my Admins, Kit, started making smilies a bit over two year ago, usually as requests from our Members. She's pretty darn talented, and every new one seems to be better than her last. You, uh, might even recognize this one that she created over a year ago? Posted Image

In this business, though, I suspect everyone here can identify with my favorite Kit Smilie:

Unfortunately, I seem to need one like that on a fairly regular basis...

Nope, she lives in Ashland, Massachusetts.

So what do Canadians know about state abbreviations? What is the abbreviation for Maine?

Never mind I just looked them up and Maine is ME.

For any other people having trouble with state abbreviations here is the list.

I often spend a week or two in East Falmouth during the summer, Jill. So, we're almost neighbors?
