I have been tasked with writing copy for an automotive dealership.

There are 6 vehicles that they want me to write content for.  To do this, I will need to include the vehicle name/brand, features and benefits while keeping the copy relevant for SEO.  And yes, I'm writing primarily for the end user.

I have been given the gm.ca site as a source and resource for this task.

My question is this:  Is there an acceptable level of duplication in the eyes of Google for this type of content i.e. 10% - 20%?  I mean, how many different ways can you rework The 2014 GMC Sierra and  Sierra's EcoTec3 5.3L V8 engine and Triple door seals to block outside noise etc.

Appreciatively,

-Ray

I do it for a living so my team can literally rewrite that dozens of different ways :dancer:

As far as I know there is no set level of duplication that is acceptable. You can take the exact duplication (what you have as an example) and put it on the page in image format if you need to.
