I was tasked to add some keywords to the site today, and before i do i wanted to ask around about the infamous

<meta name="keywords"
I have reads some posts where people are saying that google no longer crawls for  (<meta name="keywords"
 content=""), is that really true?
If so, then where do i put these new key phrases? How do i rank my pages with these search terms now??
