Hello, here is my requirement. I have designed a databased based website, and want its SEO got done. But at the same time i don't want to provide access of my database to SEO people. If i give php files' access, password & username will automatically get revealed. Another option is to keep both (php files and database access) with me, and let there be off-site SEO only outsourced. Is this option sane?? Or can i keep database protected by some way when i give access to php files??

Note that on-site SEO is not a problem for me as i myself have created relevant meta-tags, alt attributes, and so on. Please suggest me any option you have in mind. Thanks.

You don't have to provide any access at all as long as you implement the recommended changes yourself.

As far as i understand u mean that i can outsource only link-building/directory-submission work and do rest of modifications myself on expert's recommendations. Am i right?

You can outsource everything, you just will need to upload any changes that your SEO consultant recommends.

BTW, directory submissions isn't SEO. It's a useless waste of time.
