Just trying to get to grips with Google Remarketing for a client.
I have a Google Adgroup set up with a decent 'come back to us' offer in linking to a decent landing page.
Hoping someone might be able to help me out with a couple of questions.
1. When i set up Google Remarketing it seemed to force me to create a 'All Visitors' audience, and it looks like i need to add the code to every page on the website.
Is this correct or have i misunderstood?
2. I have created an AdGroup WITHOUT keywords in it. I dont understand why i should need to add keywords, as i understand it this ad is displayed to someone who has visited a particular page on my website and been caught by the Remarketing Cookie, and will have the ReMarketing Ad displayed to them when they move around the web, particularly if they land on a website with AdSense on it.
Why would i need keywords in this case?
3. I have read somewhere that you can reduce the creepy factor by setting/limiting the amount of times an ad is dipslayed to a customer.
Can someone tell me where this setting is?
