Now that I work for a company that's actually willing to spend a few bucks on continuing education for its employees, I get to go to a conference at last. I'll be at SearchLove, on the campus of Harvard Medical School in Boston, next Monday and Tuesday. Is anyone else planning on attending?

Yes, I'm looking forward to that part
One of the presenters is Bill Slawski, so I'm sure he'll have good stuff.

Wish I could be there! Say "hi" to Bill for me. Haven't seen him since the Internet Summit 2011 here in Raleigh.

I hadn't seen him since a dinner Jill had in Framingham MA 5 or 10 years ago. If I see him again tomorrow I'll be sure to pass on your "hi".

So, how is (was) the conference? Did you learn anything useful?

A lot of it was pretty interesting: marketing with video, the future of search, lots of good info on analytics (which I definitely need to improve on), a really interesting talk from a woman who teaches information architecture at Parsons, some good stuff on personas... All in all, I'm glad I got to go.
Oh, and Bill says hi back.
And hi Scottie! Long time no see.
