Getting support for Google Places is funky. It's a bit like following a phone tree, just don't select the wrong number. Anyway, there is a Help button on your Places admin page. If you click it you will see a couple help topics. Click "My Listing has Incorrect Information". I think you should end up at:
You get some rather contained help options, may not apply. Door #2 is to visit the Google Places results page for the business. Something like
There is a tiny settings button that if you follow will get you some more Help options. See the image:
Third choice, I'm exploring this week, on the same page there is a "Report a Problem" link. Go there. Click through the radio buttons to explore the hidden input fields which may apply to the problem.
