I setup a mobile site m.example.com. and did the following:

1: Read "Using Google Analytics with jQuery Mobile" by Jongales

2: Used his code and changed the GoAn line to "  _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-39114977-1']);"

3: Nothing showed up in GoAn

3: Then realized I need to enable "Subdomains of example.com" in GoAn.

4: Still nothing.

5: So I changed the GoAn paramters to:

 _gaq.push(['_setDomainName', 'example.com']);
  _gaq.push(['_trackPageview']);

6: Still no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Andrew

You should not be editing the Google Analytics code.  You add the domain/subdomain to your Google Analytics account and it will give you the code.

I didn't edit the code.

Initially  I just added the tracking number. This wasn't working so when I noticed turning on a second line of code I tried adding that

"  _gaq.push(['_setDomainName', 'barbouchee.com']);

When you add something by hand, you are editing the code. What Michael is saying is that you have to add the mobile domain to your Google Analytics account and Google will give you the code you need to use, as-is, without any hand-additions by you.
