Hi,

One of my friend has just started a site. Before starting the site, he uploded a robots.txt file in the root which disallows all bots from indexing. But, somehow two links have been indexed. Now, he has taken the previous robots.txt down, uploaded the new robots.txt file which allow all bots. Then, he launched the website properly & submitted it to search engines. But, the problem is that, 1 week has gone, but his website's homepage hasn't been updated in SERP, but the rest of the links have been indexed. I told him, that it will be OK after few days as your site is new. But, he got worried.

My question is that, is there any other way to take down those previous indexed links? or it wil get updated soon?
