(Probabaly Dumb Question) Does Ga Javascript Have To Be On Final Pages

What I mean is I have set up Google Goals in my Analytics and the final page is a payment page - but, that is hosted on my third party site - so am I out of gas with that particular goal? GA Javascript must be on every page right?

GA Javascript must be on the page in order to track that page.  In your case, is there a final thank you page on your site, that the third party site redirects to when done?
